Integrated child care programmes are provided by VWO-run childcare centres with funding from Government.

service centre that provides integrated remedial, preventive and
developmental services to help families manage their
responsibilities and problems.
All
FSCs provide the following programmes : Casework &
Counselling, Information & Referral, Preventive &
Developmental Programmes for children, youths, adults and
elderly. Call the Helpline to contact the nearest FSC.

NCSS administers the Special Assistance Fund which, provides financial assistance to people with disabilities from low-income families to purchase equipment or technical aid for mobility or rehabilitative purposes.
