Rhythm ====== Slow Rhythm for tempo slower than 40 bars/min Quick Rhythm for tempo faster than 40 bars/min These two dances are the "rhythm" or crowded ballroom form of FOXTROT and QUICKSTEP. "Rhythm" dancing can be danced to any tempo 4/4 music (four beat in a bar). The standardized FOXTROT and QUICKSTEP require a more strict tempo.
