Q: How quickly can a valuation report be completed?
A: Most valuation reports will be completed within 24 hours from the time of inspection. Some valuations can take up to between 2 to 5 days to complete depending on the nature of work to be undertaken. We will give you an indication of our professional charges and inform you how soon the valuation will be ready when a request for a valuation is formally made.
Q: What information should you provide in order for a valuation to be carried out?

Q: How long will the valuation report remain valid?
A: All valuation reports normally remain valid for a period of three months, provided that during the three month period, there are no sudden changes to the real estate market or changes to the condition of the property that will have and adverse effect on the value ascribed to the property being valued.
