Overview

The TAS3000 is the most versatile and comprehensive measuring system for adjusting and testing both electronic TV and Satellite tuner. All the hardware and software functions required are built-in. It is easy to use and operate. The setting of tuner parameters is done on the PC using well-organized panels.

User is free to create the adjustment and testing steps. During each adjustment step, the response curves for 3 channels are displayed, with major parameters continuously measured and checked by the system. Measured values are displayed in numeric and graphic indicators. Failures are shown in red colour getting the worker’s attention.

Finally, an automatic testing step can ensure the tuner is of highest quality. It takes less than 50 ms to test one channel and only a few seconds for each tuner.The system supports all TV IF-Standards and different types of tuner control. It can be integrated easily into production line as all the power and control lines are provided.
