Apart from producing "off the shelf" conveyor systems, AE is able
to supply custom-designed conveyor systems, including overhead
chain systems, lifters, accumulators and industrial ovens. It
undertakes turnkey projects providing a comprehensive range of
services from planning & design to construction and on-site
installation. Its services include the production of:
- PCB Insertion Lines, complete with infeeds to soldering
machines, discharge, retouch and test lines;
- PCB Loader Units and Unloader Units to load and unload PCBs
to manual insertion lines;
- Free Flow Chain Assembly Lines for the assembly of VCRs,
TVs, Hi-Fi's, computer monitors, key boards and similar
components;
- Overhead Chain, Lifter & Accummulation Power Roller
Conveyors for the transportation of finished goods, and
- Other material-handling or conveyor systems designed to the
customer's requirements and specifications.
AE maintains a staff of highly-qualified design engineers equipped
with state-of-the-art Computer-Assisted Design (CAD) equipment to
continually upgrade its products and process.
