Chronology of CyberPolice

1999

Phoenix founded Cyberpol

 July 2001

CyberPol CSO Phoenix first discovered the Keytrap (as named by Agnitum
and Kaspersky Labs) keylogger Trojan horse.

July 2001

Tauscan and AVP stood firmly by CyberPol and agreed to include
the Trojan horse into their database. One of the top antivirus vendors
refused to include the Trojan horse into their database.
Their argument is that the so-called Trojan horse is a program itself
that logs keys. CyberPol counter argued strongly that any program
capable of keylogging can be used for malicious purposes and should
be detectable and removable by antivirus and antitrojan software.
The decision of Agnitium (Tauscan) and Kaspersky
(AVP) proofed one of the top antivirus vendors wrong.
CyberPol awaiting replies from other antivirus and antitrojan vendors.

ASSA Spirit of Iowa, USA seemed to receive port scanning from
Shanghai Super Computer Center in China with a capability of at
least 300-380 billion cycles per second. Investigations were conducted
and an aerial photograph of the Shanghai Super Computer Center was
taken. No definite conclusions due to heavy workload of CyberPol at that time.

CSO Phoenix raised CyberPol from Def Con 5 to Def Con 4.

23rd July 2001

Two "kiddies" audaciously sent files infected with the W32 Sir worm virus to
the CSO. They were issued warning letters. Their information were sent to
their relevant ISPs and SIO Access Denied was sent to hunt them down.

24th July 2001

Madfaxman appointed as ASSA (Acting Senior Security Advisor) of Belfast,
Northern Ireland.

CyberPol now stretches 8 countries.

One more kiddy sent an identical file with a virus under another name to the CSO.
SIO Access Denied received the file too. CyberPol suspected that the 3 names
were the same person and that there is a prankster within CyberPol. SIO Access
Denied continued to track him.

CSO Phoenix raised CyberPol from Def Con 4 to Def Con 3 due to the prankster
within.

CSO Phoenix activated two more elite special forces to work in conjunction with
Access Denied to track down the prankster.

ASSA Spirit in charge of Anti-African Scam Department of Iowa, USA, in addition
to General Administration.

July 26 2001

The virus was much more widespread than previously thought. It was reported on
tomshardware.com website. So it could be possible that an external kiddy did that.
CyberPol back to Def Con 4.

CyberPol started encrypting their e-mail communications
and Phoenix drew up contingency plans.

August 2001

4 units were formed to boost Cyberpol's overall capabilities.
The CounterStrike Task Force, The Russian Black Terriers, The German Shepherds
and The Wolves.

September 2001

More voluntary officers join CyberPol.

11 September 2001 - Day of Remembrance and Prayer (USA)

USA declared war on terrorists due to a massive strike on the World Trade Center
Twin Towers, the Pentagon and the destruction of 4 aircraft with 266 passengers
onboard. Between 3,500-5,000 people were killed when the Twin Towers collapsed and the Pentagon hit.
CyberPol on Def Con 1.

15 September 2001 - Day of Remembrance and Prayer (CyberPol)

Cyberpol was hit on 3 fronts.

23 September 2001

Cyberpol launched 7 major operations worldwide. All forces activated.

CDI appointed as Commander-in-Chief of The Russian Black Terriers.

More units formed, The Wolves renamed as The Spanish Wolves. American
Ghosts and Australian Black Snakes units formed, bringing the total to 6 special operations forces.

Friday 12 October 2001

Due to disruptions in Cyberpol's C4I, Phoenix is forced to invoke Article 1
of the Defense Pact, that is to contact officers of the Alliance via encrypted
mobile communications in the case of a breakdown in e-mail communication
capabilities. Singapore CyberPol Highest Commander, Phoenix, made a
special call to Washington to make sure that one of his allied and top
American commanders Blackfoot, is safe and sound. This is the first official
meeting between two of the highest ranking officers in Singapore and the
United States of America. The meeting was brief but very heart warming.
It has brought Singapore and the United States one step closer together.

Saturday 20 October 2001

In a strange twist of fate, due to major differences between the american organisation
and CyberPol, all diplomatic ties and communications were terminated
between the two organisations. Each had its own aspirations and went its
own ways. However, CyberPol ties with America remains unaffected.
