Company's experience in Ship
Management enables a very thorough assessment of ships offered
for management. Elaborate routines are followed for assessment of
current condition and asset value. Management costs are initially
indicated from the company's wide experience on vessels of
similar DWT, Age, Type, Flag & Trading pattern. Pre-delivery
inspections by company's technical team are carried out on
assessment of upgradation, renewal work involved and submission
of pre-delivery repairs/modifications budget to Owners. The
Preliminary inspection Reports/ recommendations and pre-delivery
budgets approved by the Owners, provides for systematic, smoother
and efficient consolidation of all Management Responsibilities.

QUALITY AND MANAGEMENT AUDIT
Well-developed Quality
Management System is established on board each vessel as well as
in the corporate office. Rigorous internal quality control has
been exercised since inception of the company.
Vessels under management were
certified for compliance with the International Safety Management
(ISM) code for Safe Operation of Ships, Safety of life at sea and
for Pollution Prevention and the ISPS Code. The true reference of
