Note: Classes will only commence when there is a minimum of 4 students.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before you register as a student of A-Prime Learning Centre. Once you are registered with the Centre, you must abide by the terms and conditions stated below.

Fees and Payments

1. Monthly tuition fees:

Sec1 and 2 Maths 1.5 hrs/wk $140

Sec 3 and 4 Add Maths 2 hrs/wk $180

Sec 3 and 4 E Maths* 1.5 hrs/wk $120

JC 2 C Maths 2 hrs/wk $200

2. Registration fee: $20

3. Fees are paid on a monthly basis and must be paid on the first week of the month.

However, all fees for June and November are to be paid in advance.

All June fees are collected in May.

All November fees are collected in October.

4. Payment can be made either in cash or cheque.

Cheques should be made out to A-Prime Learning Centre

5. All fees paid are non-refundable.

Academic Terms

1. Classes are conducted from January to November.

2. However, the Centre is closed for the periods stated below:

(i) One week in June, from 19 – 25 June 2005.

(The tuition fee for June is calculated at 75% of the monthly fee.)

(ii) The month of December.

3. There are no classes on public holidays and the eve of Chinese New Year

4. There will be no make-up classes for lessons not conducted as a result of a public holiday and the eve of Chinese New Year.

Attendance and Rescheduled Classes

1. Students must be regular in their attendance.

2. Students are to inform the Centre at least a day in advance if they are unable to attend their scheduled class.

3. Students are only entitled to reschedule their classes for the following reasons:

i. medical

ii official school functions

4. All rescheduled classes must be arranged on the day of cancellation of a scheduled class.

5. Students who are unable to attend their scheduled classes on a regular basis may, at the Centre’s discretion, be asked to change their time-slot.

6. The Centre reserves the right and has the sole discretion not to accept any students for its classes.

Change in Time-slot

1. The Centre reserves the right to change the time-slot of a class due to an emergency or circumstances under which the Centre deems it impractical to proceed with a class.
