PQT Management Services was established in 1997 by Professionals for Professionals to provide Expertise and Solutions not readily available on an ad-hoc basis for the HVAC and related Industries.

1. Project Management

We are able to provide staff for all levels of Project Management of HVAC and related Projects from our in-house Staff for most long and short-term assignments.

Depending on requirements, we are able to offer, Daily, Weekly, monthly or Lump Sum fees.

Our Senior Management has worked in Singapore since 1982, working on many prestigious Projects, including Marina Square, the Concourse, Four Seasons Hotel, Tech Semi-Conductor, CSM Fab 2, 3 & 4, UOB Plaza, Raffles Hotel, plus many others.

We also have available local staff capable of operating as Site Engineers and Site Supervisors. These staffs are normally available at short notice. (Top of page)

2. Crisis Management

Our Staff have many years' experience in administering and supervising Projects that are in Crisis. Examples of which being, Project Management Staff leaving at short notice, Poor Relations with Clients, Delays, Sub Contractors not performing etc..

We are able to get your Project back on track and through to completion, if required. (Top of page)

3. Claim Preparation

We are able to provide Q.S. services to evaluate and compile valuations of work carried out, variations, materials on site etc. Either as a one off or throughout the entire Project.

4. Project Quality Plans

Many Contractors are obtaining ISO 9000 Certification. The procedures normally cover in detail only the operations of the Head Office. Site operations are often glossed over due to the varied nature of the many Projects that a Contractor may undertake.

We offer the solution to take the ISO Manual one step further, by the preparation of Project Quality Plan to suite the Specific requirements of the Project. This provides a useful tool for the use of the Site Staff to monitor and control the Quality aspects of the installation, resulting in both time and financial savings. (Top of page)

5. Tender Preparation and Negotiation

We are able to provide all levels of tendering expertise, either on short term or long term assignments for HVAC and related Projects.

We have been involved in a Senior Capacity with the preparation of the Multi Services Tender for the proposed new plant for Proton Saga in Malaysia, the NEL MRT in Singapore. Also, numerous clean rooms, inclusive of Tech 1 & 2, CSM Fabs 2, 3 & 4, Wacker, and MSD Pharmaceutical plus many others. (Top of page)

6. Project Balancing, Testing & Commissioning

We are able to provide a full commissioning services

 Commissioning Management -- from advising designer to static completion of HVAC and related systems and ensuring system is commissioned as per consultants intent and to international standards.

 System Commissioning -- provision of complete team to carry out balancing, testing and commissioning of HVAC and related systems. (Top of page)

7. Building Services Surveys

We are able to undertake surveys and performance evaluations and recommendations of HVAC systems within existing premises.

This can provide valuable information when deciding on the need for retrofit work, or to troubleshoot non-performing systems. (Top of page)

8. Co-ordinated and Combined Services CAD Drawings

We are able to provide the complete range of CAD Drawing Services using either AutoCAD Release 13 or 14. Our fully equipped offices have no limits as to the type of drawing that can be produced.

In addition, due to our electronic links to our other offices in Malaysia, Thailand and Australia, we are able to meet the toughest of deadlines, as we are able to allocate essential resources at short notice. (Top of page)

9. Asset and Liability Valuation

We are able to visit any Premises or Job Site to assess market value of Assets, work done to date, cost to complete to enable assessment of Risk. (Top of page)
