AGENCY COMMISSION
To cover our operating costs which include advertising and promotion, we charge a service fee for each student recommended by us. Our agency fee is the standard market commission of 50% of the first month's tuition fees. The agency commission is payable after the first two weeks' of lessons. If there are 4 lessons per month, we collect 2 lessons' fees. If there are 8 lessons per month, we collect 4 lessons' fees. So in the first month of tuition, 50% of the fees goes to the agency, while the tutor is paid for the 3rd and 4th weeks of lessons. From the second month, tutors are paid the full tuition fees.
COLLECTION OF AGENCY COMMISSION
The agency commission is payable by the students/parents directly to the agency after the first two weeks' of lessons. We will liaise with the students/parents with regard to collection of the commission. Payment can be made by crossed cheque made payable to "Bee Tuition Agency". Alternatively, it can be paid in cash, to be collected by our representative.
REGISTRATION
There is no charge for registration. The agency commission is only applicable when a successful student/tutor match has been made.
TUTORS' QUALIFICATIONS
We assess the tutors on their suitability for an assignment based, among other factors, on their academic qualifications as advised to the agency whether by phone or the online registration form. Tutors are required to bring along the relevant documents certifying their qualifications for verification by the students/parents on the first lesson.
UNDERTAKING
By registering with Bee Tuition Agency, students and tutors undertake that all information submitted by them are true at the time of submission.
