Company Background

The company was registered in Singapore in 1992. The founder of the company, Gerald A.Yearsley has been working with processes for most of his long career, and has shown a significant capability to discover radical and efficient new ways to process work. This experience had been gained while working in the semiconductor industry where continuous process improvement, high productivity gains, quality and cost reductions were the main focus since the discovery of the semiconductor.

The company grew quickly and became well established with many local and multinational clients in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and China, and gained much experience while working with Asian companies and their business processes. By this time, a series of top quality workshops had been created, and tailored to Asian audiences.

The current Business Process Re-engineering and Change Leadership workshops are in their ninth revision, and have been certified as standard in-company education by several large clients. The Singapore Institute of Management and major Asian corporations have adopted these workshops as their regular internal programs in Process Excellence.

In 1998 a strategic move was started to include Knowledge Management and the increase of Intellectual Capital to the workshops, seminars and coaching products. A full range of workshops is now being offered.
