The New Value System

As the illustration below will show, we are now being required to accept that enterprises trading in a knowledge economy are valued somewhat differently. With the market value of many companies now considerably higher than the financial value, a new set of values emerge. These new values are at the heart of the knowledge economy. Managers who grasp this change, and learn to lead with new techniques will be the survivors.
