The course will explore the advantages of moving the organisation into a competency-based system, with each employee using tools to enhance their individual competencies. Competency management will change the training of employees into a 'pullą system, increasing efficiency and the velocity of learning.

A tool for managing competencies will be demonstrated during the course, and participants may take a copy for their office to review.

Who Must Attend

Senior executives who are challenged to increase the levels of human knowledge in their organisations today. HR specialists and trainers who wish to know more about how the knowledge economy is impacting their function.

Methodology

This is a half-day introductory workshop, consisting of lectures and practical exercises. A demonstration of a competency management tool will be made during the session.
