Knowledge Valueä Series > The Balanced Scorecard

Objectives

To educate and inform senior managers of the need to make a radical change in the kind of measurements that makes sense for the knowledge economy. The course will make the case for a new set of measurements that are more balanced in that they take into account the new emphasis on Intellectual Capital.

New measures will be explained and practical examples given to illustrate how the system needs to cope with knowledge in four areas of company operation. The participants will be taught how measures can be broken down into both drivers and results, and how these are placed on a 'dashboard' for management action.
