Knowledge Valueä Series > Collaboration and Sharing

Objectives

Both of these are vital ingredients for companies to survive in the knowledge economy. The course will make the case for these to be made more important, and show many of the tools and techniques that are used to make it happen.

The impact of new technology will be explored, as will several of the new GroupWare tools, including a section on online learning. The need for corporate yellow pages and the encouragement of the growth in communities of excellence will also be discussed.
