This HTM
110, one-day workshop is best used for in-company teams who
have already chosen their Benchmarking subject. The workshop
is conducted by an experienced Senior Consultant, and will
concentrate on teaching a practical methodology, tied to an
actual subject. If time permits, an active connection to the
Internet will be made, and some exploratory work accomplished.
The workshop
may be extended to a second day with the Senior Consultant
operating as a Results Coach to the Benchmarking team(s).
