Objectives

To educate company management and process design teams in the theory, and most effective tools to lead change in their organisations. These courses are designed to introduce many new concepts about the visibility and measurement of processes that create wealth in the business.

The course explores new ways of looking at and implementing new forms of processes, new ways to measure process variables such as Cycle Time and Yield, and demonstrates some of the latest software tools to assist with process mapping and process simulation.

Participants are introduced to a successful framework for implementing process change, starting at the top management team, and going on to cover cross-functional team formation and team education.

Finally the material covers the concepts of Empowerment, and the Change Leadership process itself.
