Managers, team leaders and cross functional team members who are charged with producing excellent process maps for analysis and improvement. Clerical staff who are required to document processes using Windowsä PC-based applications.

This one-day class is conducted in a computer laboratory, where each participant is given access to an individual PC workstation. The instructor will use his PC and a projection system to provide an overview of all of the features of the software and to set practical exercises.
