The Centre for Advanced Food Education (CAFÉ) is a private organisation dedicated to the providing of up-to-date, relevant and timely food science and technology knowledge to the food industries in Singapore, Asia Pacific and around the world.
CAFÉ's aim is to conduct 1-2 days short courses for the food industries. The courses cover a wide spectrum of subjects ranging from food science, food engineering, food microbiology, food marketing, food technology, food management and also food regulations.
