Given to me by dad's friend in 1996, my job was
to test-run the product and give feedback. At that time, this "toy" was
legal on road pavement and i took it with me whenever i m going for a short
trip. Three times i was late for school and i took it as a transport to
get me to school on time.
For 3 months, i ran on the stock vehicle until it was time to add some
accessories.
I added a set of headlights, a horn (that yellow box between the brakes
level) , i also custom installed a rear brake light that proved useful
at night and with the addition of a bicycle alarm, it was safe from itchy
hands.
About the powerplant, it was a mitsubishi 33cc gasoline engine. running
on shell XO petrol and shell fully synthetic lubricant, it was able to
give out 2.5 horsepower.A speed tacho was installed later and speed up
to 45km/h was achieved.
It was only 2 years ago where it was banned in parks and the use of
it has became a rare occasion.
