It is made up of mainly balsa sheets , hardwood spars with small amount of aluminium,fiberglass,
plywood , plastic and paper..........
First the frame is built around the main frame of the helicopter
Then the tail frame is built up with reinforcement on all joints
The canopy is then constructed ( only half the canopy is shown )
upon covering with balsa
and a little fiberglass , the dummy engine was built , Later , a coat of
finish epoxy is coated then sand to a smooth surface..a day later , using
RJ's deep green , the body is sprayed nicely and with RJ's amazon green,
the camoflaged details were added..........
Inverting my ergo tail fin and painting it green , i saved a lot of time from building another dummy fin.........( saves cost too )
