About COH

Christian Outreach to the Handicapped is an independent, inter-denominational Christian organization. We are registered as a society and an affiliate of the National Council of Social Service. As we are a Christian organization with an outreaching spirit, our client portfolio includes handicapped persons at different disability levels who may belong to any race or religion. Our aim is also to provide relief breaks for parents who may find difficulty in educating and taking care of them

COH currently runs day activity programs for handicapped persons who are aged 12 years and above. Our clients comprise of handicapped individuals with varying disabilities; most, who are intellectually and multiply disabled, as well as individuals with autistic tendencies. Due to their level of disability, these special people, who like any of us; possessing the capacity to love, share and to reciprocate kindness, often find themselves neither able to obtain places in special schools nor any gainful employment, even in sheltered workshops. Therefore, COH is a provider of this much needed love and care to these people, as well as a place where they can acquire skills to equip them to live better lives.
