CPC Services is a high quality, proactive computer support company.  We focus from home users to the small office environment of 5 to 50 computers using a server centered network sharing data, printer and internet.

· Good client communications. Clearly explaining what we feel should be done and providing prompt billing and reports to the client.

 · Documentation.  Help our clients to keep good records on inventory.

 · Regular inspection. We check equipment for early signs of trouble and keep updated.

 · Planning. We focus computer use around each office’s tasks at hand and prepare for obsolescence and upgrades.

 · Backups, backups and backups.  Data loss is not acceptable. We help our customers to configure a backup system to protect their important data from losses in case of virus attack or hardware failure
