I was marketing both London and Singapore residential properties. I was in-charged of the launch of Canne Lodge, a development by Kallang Development Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Singapore Engineers Pte Ltd. 2 units were sold by me with total sales value of S$1.095m. The rest of the team did not sell any units.
In the ad-hoc sales, I sold 1 unit in The Bayshore at S$645K, 1 unit in The Hillside at S$1.05m and 1 unit in The Bayshore Park at S$650K. Before I left the company, I was negotiating 1 bungalow in Telok Kurau at S$2.38m and 1 apartment in The Heritage View at S$780K.
I was in-charged of all London Property sales and enquiries. I launched two developments in Grand Hyatt Hotel, The Cayenne Court and Kensington Westside. Total sales value for Cayenne Court was £1m of which £500K was brought in by me. I sold 2 units in this development. Total sales value for Kensington Westside was £2.5m of which £1m was brought in by me. I sold 2 units in this development. |
