In 1990:

Proceeded with development, fabrication and marketing of VGA card.

In 1991:

Capital was increased by $1 million in cash, which brought forth the paid-in capital to $2 million, that was aimed at development, fabriction and marketing of 386 motherboard.

In 1992:

Successful development, production and marketing 486 mother-boards, 8 BIT sound effect cards.

In 1993:

Capital was increased by 1 million in cash, which brought forth the paid-in capital to $4 million

 

In 1994:

Successful development, production and marketing of P5 motherboards, PCI VGA card, and 16 BIT sound effect card.

In 1995:

Successful development, production and marketing of P54C, firstage-neration of PENTIUM motherboard and started with marketing in Mainland China.

In 1996:

Successful development , production and marketing of PENTIUM Pro motherboard. Capital to $6 million

In 1998 Capital was increased by $2 million in cash, which brought forth the paid-in capital $8 million

In 1999:

Capital was increased by $2 million in cash, which brought forth the paid-in capital $139 million.
