Providing support to clients in developing their businesses is the main goal of PT. Hafar Daya Samudera.

We have professionals who have extensive knowledge in the field of utility craft and anchor handling tug supply.

The sea demands respect. And PT. Hafar Daya Samudera staff members bear this in mind so they constantly seek to foresee the consequences of their actions, and to look beyond the horizon in their planning.

This attitude of responsibility is tended by the on-going upgrading policy we have adopted for the products offered to charterers, for the safety and working conditions of our operations and by our compliance with stringent maritime rules.

In our bid to regularly improve quality (such as the establishment of monthly tracking boards or monthly monitoring of performance indicators or job analyses, etc.), we have carried out the syncronisation of the existing docket information systems shared across our entire fleet.

All expertise and knowledge of our staff are placed at the disposal of the charterers though the following products :

Post-fixture installations (e.g. stanctions)
chartering of vessels to carry dry bulk

Pipe Tensioning System

We can obtain a pipe tensioning system (PTS) in a range of 120mt or 200mt that is optimised to application demands not excluding a turnkey system for laying of 6" up to 36" concrete coated pipes in the S lay configuration.

It is set with two double track pipe tensioners each with a capacity of 60-120mt A&R winch.

The winch will be driven by an AC electric motor and will be supplied with a digital remote console. There is a frequency converter equipment for torquing of the electric motor to achieve optimum performance.

The A&R winch has a spooling gear/system with precise electronic adjustments to configure the steel wire rope (SWR) diameter with minute increments (called measuring sheave). This means that the user can obtain over the deck a regular height for the SWR, regardless of the number of layers on the drum. Thus if during winding/unwinding the SWR diametre changes, manual correction of the offset is possible.

The PTS consists of the normal digital control, semi conductor power and ICT interface.
