Greetings from Dr Ng. Wish you are well.

What I am attempting to do is to make available to one and all, an opportunity to learn about creating a web page. There are now many sites in cyberspace that are doing the same thing. If you found their instructions easy to follow, by all means learn from them. If you found them too technical, try this site. If you have problem understanding the instructions presented here contact me at

drscng@singnet.com.sg
Tell me the difficulty so that I can improve this site to be even more user friendly. Since I am a beginner like you, I hope you can understand me better than the professional instructors. I will be starting from the very basic. For those who are web page savvy you may want to check out our mission.

A very powerful aspect of e-learning is that it takes away all the fear of appearing silly with our questions. You can be very candid. There is no face-to-face encounter, no audience to inhibit you; and so no complex problem. However do not misuse this advantage. Try to find out as much as you can by yourself. Do it your way. I did. Only when you are up against the blank wall do you seek help.

This site cost me nothing except my time, which I can spare as a retiree, and so there is no charge.

Knowledge can never be used up.
The more you share the more you learn.
As a matter of fact you do not even have to register. However if you like to introduce yourself to me I am only too glad to make your acquaintance. Incidentally if you want me to come talk to your group I will be honoured. However because of time constrain the group should not be less than about twenty (20) people, and two-week notice will be just fine. You will not be charged for my time.

I am hoping that as time progresses and a group of us are web site savvy, we can than get together and set up some enterprises in cyberspace. E-commerce is not dead; it only taught us that the classical business model is still relevant. Our forefathers knew all along that a business must be built up gradually. If we provided needed and good service, if we maintained our integrity and our word is our honour, if we worked hard and be persistent, we will be rewarded for our efforts. Wisdom tell us that solid business is not established within a year.
