COFFEE ENEMA -CAFFEINE DIALYSIS PROCESS

When I first came across this subject of “Coffee Enema”, curiosity took a better hold of me. This was introduced to me by a fellow doctor colleague who undergoes coffee enemas twice a day. He had suffered from cancer and had undergone chemotherapy. He appears very well and positive up till this day. He attributed all this to his careful diet, exercise and yes – regular coffee enemas.

I have come to understand that there are many similar cases that share the same as his. This is not to say that coffee enemas cured his cancer. The doctors treated their cancer patients and the patients’ own system (especially the immune system) took over. What coffee enemas do is to help to detox the liver and body. This relieves the load of work on the immune system so that it can take better care of its own defenses.

I routinely recommend coffee enemas to all my clients during their detox program.”

The following is a short history of how coffee enema came about.

BACKGROUND

This procedure was discovered by a nurse in a World War One German Army Field Hospital. With no painkillers available, this nurse administered an enema to several badly wounded soldiers with the only warm liquid available, from a coffee pot.

The results were astounding. Almost immediate relief from deep pain, relief that persisted for hours. This far exceeded any previous experience with orthodox painkillers and was immediately available easily.

Max Gerson, M.D., was a medical officer in the German Army. He began losing patients in his cancer clinic in spite of his treatment. He deduced that it was the avalanche of toxic material gushing out of tumors and hiding places all over the body jamming up the liver that was killing his patients. He remembered the coffee enema. He experimented with using coffee enemas to detox the liver and reduce pain in his cancer patients. The rest is history so to say. Today, the Gerson Institute in California carries on the late Max Gerson’s work. Website: www.gerson.org

Liver Detoxification With Coffee Enema

Coffee enemas have proven themselves an advantageous means of restoring the liver. The caffeine in coffee administered as an enema definitely detoxifies the liver and is primary therapeutic approach of the Gerson Therapy. The liver is the main organ for the regeneration of the body’s metabolism for the transformation of food from intake to output.

While the coffee enema is being retained in the gut (for optimum period ranging from twelve to fifteen minutes), all of the body’s blood passes through the liver every three minutes. The hemorrhoidal blood vessels dilate from the exposure to the caffeine; in turn, the liver’s portal veins dilate too. Simultaneously, the bile ducts expand with blood, the bile flow increases, and the smooth muscles of these internal organs relax. The blood serum and its components are detoxified as this vital fluid passes through individual’s caffeinated liver. The quart of coffee being retained in the bowel stimulates the visceral nervous system, promoting peristalsis. The coffee delivered through bowel dilutes the bile and causes an even greater increase in bile flow. There is flushing of toxic bile, which is further affected by body’s enzymatic catalyst known to physiologists as glutathione S-transferase. This enzyme quenches free radicals that leave the liver and gallbladder as bile salts flowing through the duodenum. The bile salts are carried away by peristalsis in the gut, traveling from the small intestine, through the colon, and out the rectum.

The coffee enema is in a class by itself as a therapeutic agent. In no way does the oral administration of beverage coffee have the same effect as its rectal administration. On the contrary, drinking coffee virtually ensures reabsorption of toxic bile. It is a physiological fact that bile is normally reabsorbed up to 10 times by the body before working its way out of the intestines in feces. The enzyme-intensifying ability of the coffee enema does not allow reabsorption of toxic bile by the liver across the gut wall. It is an effective means of detoxifying the bloodstream through existing enzyme systems in both the liver and the small intestine.

Comparing Coffee Enema with Colonic HydroCleansing

Colon hydrotherapy is the cleansing of the large intestine (colon) through the administration of water into the large intestine.  It aims to remove the toxic waste that is lodged in the wall of the colon.

Coffee enemas only flush out the rectum, and generally use about a litre of fluid.   It is a retention enema and it uses only organic coffee.  For retention, the emphasis is on what's comfortable.  If one feels the need to expel before the 15 minutes, one should do so.  The whole process should be effortless and one should expect to feel a sense of ease and well being on the completion of the enema.

Both Coffee enema and colon hydrotherapy help to detoxify the body through the removal of accumulated waste from the body.

Both may be beneficial for people with fatigue, headaches, stress symptoms, skin problems and frequent infections.

In Coffee enema, it works to detoxify the liver, stimulating both liver and gallbladder to remove toxins, open bile ducts, increase peristaltic action, and produce enzyme activity for healthy red blood cell formation and oxygen uptake.  It is good in stimulating the liver and gallbladder into releasing toxins and flushing them from the body.  The coffee used in enemas, stimulates the liver to purge itself.

At Clinique D'tox , only the top grade organic coffee is used to prepare the enema which gives the best result.
