PROCEDURES:

Seller Issues Proforma Offer.

Buyer issues ICPO to include banking confirmation of ability to issue funds for the total purchase under this proforma offer (Per Bank telex signed by bank).

Seller issues contract, both seller and buyer sign contract.

Buyer issues non-operative letter of credit to the seller for approval.

Seller, through their bank and trustee, issue the documents with the proof of product.
Seller issues 2% performance bond to activate the non-operative letter of credit.
Delivery of port commences.

VALIDITY: This offer is valid for five (5) International banking days from the date as stated below.
