Communication Systems Engineering

 | Radiomarine Systems serves business customers in the marine, offshore, government and
industrial market sectors. The Company designs and engineers systems, as well as
procuring, integrating, installing and putting them into service. We work in all modes:
voice, fax, data, video, and across all media radio, satellite, cable or fibre
optics. We aim to deliver the right facilities and the right performance at the right
price - with competitive advantage.
As well as communications for land, sea and air, Radiomarine Systems supplies navigation
and other electronic systems. These include radar, GPS, monitoring and surveillance, CCTV,
radio NDB & transponder beacons, and for smaller vessels, autopilots, echo-sounders
and instrumentation. We work to and underwrite compliance with all relevant international
and local regulations and standards. Our skills are backed by over 20 years
experience of import & export trading from Singapore. |

Market Approach
Radiomarine Systems aims to acquire contracts in the range S$100,000 to
S$1,000,000 as a provider of turnkey communications solutions to shipyards, construction
prime contractors, to major industrial and government organizations. We sell and service
equipment, as a by-product - a wide range is sold to procurement agents or marine
suppliers in Singapore & overseas. The current economic downturn is not seriously
affecting Radiomarine Systems business in fact, the Marine & Offshore
business is one of the few firm sectors at this time

by knowledge of applications, risk management, procurement and supply of all relevant
technologies. Radiomarine Systems is a storehouse for telecoms turnkey projects, without
branding constraints, with a rapid-reaction equipment supply and service capability.

Management Team
Managing Director Clive Heightman, registered Chartered Engineer, MIEE
(UK). 22 years with a well-known MNC, managed defense R&D projects for ten years,
coming to Asia Pacific 1985 to lead acquisition of major contracts for high-tech
communications systems. Skills: Project, tender and proposal management, including
costing, pricing, & risk management; marketing and sales management, PR &
communications, contract negotiation and conclusion.
Director Chew Hock Heng, Portsmouth Polytechnic graduate, winner of local
design awards, engineer of major systems, successful track record as director of own
businesses in Singapore and Malaysia. Skills: Commercial management in the local context,
engineering, project and bid management.
