Our herbal Soup uses over 10 varieties of Chinese herbs. Together with our chef's secret recipes developed over the years, we are able to preserve the healing effect of the herb and yet not compromising the taste of the soup. The meat of the turtle is a tedious job itself to handle. In order to preserve the freshness, our chef has to wake up at the break of the dawn to collect the turtle's meat and transport them back to the stall to be processed in the shortest period of time. There is also skill involved in the cutting of turtle meat so as not to lose the juicy tenderness of the meat itself. We are complemented by our quality and taste to give our customers the best value. Our Black Chicken Soup select the finest "Kampong Black Chicken" which is said to be healthier, as they are less fatty. |
