Selection of Suppliers

We choose our suppliers in a way that is consistent, objective and equitable. This selection process extends to suppliers worldwide. Suppliers are not chosen with any preconditions. Our interest centers on companies offering products that demonstrate superior cost performance and reliability.

Purchase Decisions

Purchase decisions are made only after a thorough comparison and cost analysis. We emphasize specifications, performance, quality and other key factors such as price and delivery.
Inquiries about purchase decisions should be directed to the head of the Procurement Department.

Disclosure

We invite bids from several potential suppliers. Each supplier is advised to the specifications, quantity
requirements, and other relevant information.

The Role of the Procurement Department

Fujitsu's Procurement Department is responsible for every aspect of our procurement program. Bid requests and purchase orders will be prepared and issued only by our procurement specialists. Any inquiries should be addressed to the head of the department.
