1. No age limit. All people are eligible , as long you have a Singapore mailing address.

2. Song submit for this competition, cannot be submitted for other competition before, nor sign contract with local or foreign music company.

3. All songs submitted are to be in CHINESE only.

4. The song must have a story behind it.

5. Song must NOT be longer than 8 min.

6. Submission of entry MUST include the following : -

a). Score Sheet
b). Lyrics
c). Story line of the song
d). Song recording on CD format
e). Cheque for registration fee
f). Registration form

7. Each song submitted for competition must include a $30 registration fee.

8. Registration fee are payable only by cheque, money order or bank draft.

9. One registration form (inclusive of registration fee) is applicable to only one entry song.

10. No limit on the number entries submitted by one participant.

11. Organizer will hold the copyright to publish and use of the original songs during and after the competition, with the effects from the moment the organizer receives the entry.

12. Participant who wish to withdraw from the competition in between the competition, will not be refund of registration fee or getting back the song.

13. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

14. Organizer has the rights to amend the rules of regulations.

15. Organizer has the rights to cancel this competition.
