How to Order

1. How can we order your products?

Please email your order to us. We will send a confirmation email to you within 2 days. The email will contain details like the product you ordered, total purchase value, payment and/or collection details. Upon receipt of payment, we would deliver the good during the next working day.

** If you did not receive any confirmation email from us, it may be that we did not receive it. Please let us know, by emailing us at a_time2love@yahoo.com . We will look into your order asap.

2. Do you accept orders from overseas?

Currently, we are serve only customers in Singapore. We hope to serve overseas customers in the near future.

Payment

3. What are the various payment methods?

- POSB/DBS bank transfer
- Internet Banking
- Cheque
- Cash upon hand delivery

Payee details will be given in the confirmation email. Please take note that payment is required within 5 days of ordering, or the ordered item would be placed back into the inventory. Please email us once payment has been made, so that we can proceed with the delivery.

All prices stated are in Singapore dollar (SGD) and are not inclusive of the postage.

4. Where are the pick up point for the purchased items, if I wished to collect them personally?

You may make an appointment to collect your purchase (above $20) from our staff at the following MRT stations during weekday evenings. The collection areas are Bedok and Ang Mo Kio.

This is a free delivery. However, we seek your understanding this can only be arranged in accord to our schedule. 

5. Are there other ways to receive your products?

Yes, we can send your product via registered post (recommended).

** Please be informed that we would not be responsible for any lost mail from Singpost. As such, we recommend you to use Singpost's registered article service.

Return and Exchange

6. What should I do when I receive a defective good?

All products are checked personally to ensure no inferior good flow down to our customers.

However, if you are still unhappy with the product, 
- Feel free to email us within 2 days.
- There would be no cash refunds, exchange will be made on a case to case basis.

For exchange, the goods must be returned to us in the same condition we sent to you. Customers have to bear the costs of sending and returning of the items. Customers have to exchange items which are of the same or higher value than their purchased items.

7. Where do your products come from?

Currently all our products are handpicked from Thailand. We intend to bring in more products from Vietnam, Philippines and Hong Kong in the near future. Do remember to browse our website for more additions.

Flea Mart/Bazaars

8. Where do you normally place your flea marts or bazaars?

We do not have a fixed place for our flea marts and bazaars. The locations would be placed on the website prior a few days to the event.
