BT loses hyperlinks suit

As reported earlier, British Telecom claimed that it had the patent on the hyperlink technology used all over the Web.  BT recently lost the suit after the Judge found that it's claims were untenable.

The deal, worth Rs95 crores is also SAP Asia Pacific Consulting's largest deal.

More critical Internet Explorer flaws (bugs)

A flaw in an ActiveX control allows malicious web sites to delete or corrupt existing digital certificates or insert their own digital certificates into the browser.  For a better explanation, see Microsoft's "Technical Details" and "Frequently Asked Questions" in the Security Bulletin MS02-048.
