Will Yahoo revive Tech Stocks ?
Yahoo has reported better than expected results.
Would this translate to a revival in the demand for
Tech Stocks ?  I doubt it.  Each stock would now
be evaluated on its own business model and success,
not because the sector _can_ show profits.

MS IE 5.5 angers Web Standards advocates
Apparently, Microsoft provides features to web designers
which would work only IE 5.5. Microsoft is also not
adhering to standards.
(Actually, I've already come across instances where
Netscape and IE behave differently on the same web page
-- e.g. when accessing an e-commerce site or when
used with Oracle Applications).
This would result in web pages developed for IE 5.5
not being visible in Netspace.  Web development is
now becoming proprietary, not open !
