And the US is not keen on a ceasefire ? Do people still think that violence is the way to peace ? Two and two Israeli soldiers are kidnapped and that officially justifies the killing of a few hundred Lebanese, eh ? How arrogant can the Israelis and the Americans be ? Why not just say outright "we want to destroy the Hamas and the Hizbullah and weaken Syria and Iran and , ... oops, we find that a few of our soldiers have been kidnappped." At least the world wouldn't be left thinking that one Israeli soldier isn't worth dozens of Lebanese civilians (as was with American soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq).
