Liase with all the vendors, with your permission, to coordinate and make sure any acquistion of hardware and software is carefully thought out. And during implementation of any systems, I will make sure that it is carried out properly at every stage.

Listen to and understand your plans and visions you have in how you want to exploit IT in your organisation. I will then recommend ways in which your vision can be fulfilled.

Not selling any hardware or software to you. However, I can buy them for you at dealer's cost plus 3% for handling. The invoice from the vendor can be made available at your request.

Do whatever is necessary in the event of any failure - hardware or software - to restore the system. In the case of hardware of software that are not mainstream, the appropriate vendor will be called upon. I will, however, make sure the resolution or restoration of the system are done smoothly.

Conduct feasibility study on any areas of computerization.
