  • TAF: 

Trim and Fit (TAF) sessions for your students to complement your schools fitness program. Choose from a variety of activities and exercises to make it fun for your “Tough” members.

 

  • Aerobics

A workout made up of interesting and challenging choreography that coordinates body movements to the sound of inspiring music.

 

  • Boxercise:

An aerobic exercise that combines boxing, kicking and self-defense movements into one with music. It strengthens the mind and every major muscle group. Can be done for beginners (low impact).

 

  • Yoga Fit:

Practice this mild form of yoga to the sound of music. Simple movements and stretches designed for a warm down. Fitness yoga will help you stretch those seldom-used muscles and  get them in shape.

 

  • Hip Hop:                                                                 

A stylized modern dance workout with variations to accommodate different fitness levels. Cool moves and challenging choreography for those who likes the latest House, Rap and Hip Hop upbeat music.

 

  • Energy Breathing:

Learn to relax and breathe. The instructor will teach and demonstrate a method of relaxation. He will also show various ways to breathe and concentrate in order to energize the body and mind. He may teach a simple set of movements and breathing designed to strengthen the body.

 

  • Tai Chi

A traditional form of exercise that you may want your whole school to start the day with. A graceful form of martial art that releases stress and invigorates the body and mind. Different variations of Tai Chi and other simple but beneficial forms of Chi Gung (energy breathing) are also available.

 

  • Self-Defense:

Learn useful basic techniques to defend yourself. Practice holds, grabs, kicks and various skills in different positions with your partner.

 

  • Pilates:

A series of mat exercises designed to strengthen the core muscles of the body—Lower Back and Abdominals.
