group. Can be done for beginners (low impact).

stretches designed for a warm down. Fitness yoga will help you stretch those
seldom-used muscles and get them in shape.
A stylized modern dance workout with variations to accommodate different
fitness levels. Cool moves and challenging choreography for those who likes
the latest House, Rap and Hip Hop upbeat music.

Learn to relax and breathe. The instructor will teach and demonstrate a
method of relaxation. He will also show various ways to breathe and
concentrate in order to energize the body and mind. He may teach a simple set
of movements and breathing designed to strengthen the body.
A traditional form of exercise that you may want your whole school to start
the day with. A graceful form of martial art that releases stress and
invigorates the body and mind. Different variations of Tai Chi and other
simple but beneficial forms of Chi Gung (energy breathing) are also available.
Learn useful basic techniques to defend yourself. Practice holds, grabs,
kicks and various skills in different positions with your partner.
