Steps

  1. Kama-tte (Face North). Move right leg towards left leg and stand in musubi dachi. Simultaneously bring both fists towards chest and change into open hands with left hand in front of the right hand. Rotate both hands inwards and end up with finger tips pointing downwards. Then close both legs to form heisoku dachi and grasp right fist with left open hand in front of the body.
  2. Left leg steps back into right moto dachi and execute a left gedan barai and right yoko uke.
  3. Left leg steps northwest into right Nekoashi dachi and execute wa uke. Looks Northwest.
  4. Kick northwest with chudan geri and land in right moto dachi and delivered a right punch.
  5. Pause and deliver a left punch followed by a right punch in quick succession.
  6. Shift right leg northeast into left Nekoashi dachi and execute wa uke.
  7. Kick northeast with left chudan geri and land in left moto dachi and delivered a left punch.
  8. Pause and deliver a right punch followed by a left punch in quick succession.
  9. Kick northwest with chudan geri and land in right moto dachi and delivered a right punch.
  10. Pause and deliver a left punch followed by a right punch in quick succession.
  11. Shift left leg north into left zenkutsu dachi and perform a left age uke.
  12. Followed up by a right punch and pull back left fist to chamber.
  13. Right leg steps forward into right zenkutsu dachi and execute a right age uke.
  14. This is followed by a left punch and pull back the right fist to chamber.
  15. Left leg steps forward into left zenkutsu dachi and execute a left age uke.
  16. Right leg steps forward into right moto dachi and execute a right punch.
  17. Left leg steps East and turn into right kokutsu dachi and perform a left gedan barai together with a right yoko uke at ear level. Looks east.
  18. Slide right leg forward into left moto dachi and execute a right punch and chamber left fist.
  19. Left leg steps East and turn into left kokutsu dachi and perform a right gedan barai together with a left yoko uke at ear level. Looks West.
  20. Slide left leg forward into right moto dachi and execute a left punch and chamber right fist.
  21. Left leg steps South into shiko dachi and execute a left gedan barai.
  22. Right leg steps South to form shiko dachi and execute a right uke-nagashi.
  23. Left leg steps south to form shiko dachi and execute a left uke-nagashi.
  24. Right leg steps South to form shiko dachi and execute a right uke-nagashi.
  25. Shift left leg west to form right kokutsu dachi and execute a left gedan barai and swing right fist in front of the body such that the arm is parallel to the floor and the palm facing the sky. Look west.
  26. Slide right leg west into left moto dachi and execute a left yoko uke and right fist near left elbow.
  27. Shift left leg west into left kokutsu dachi and execute a right gedan barai and swing left fist in front of the body such that the arm is parallel to the floor and the palm facing the sky. Look east.
  28. Slide left leg east into left moto dachi and execute a right yoko uke and left fist near right elbow.
  29. Pull right foot towards left foot and stand in heisoku dachi. The two fist straight down in Kama te position.
  30. Chamber both fists at the sides and step right leg northwards followed by left leg into kosa kosa dachi and perform downwards kosa uke.
  31. Left foot step back to form right zenkutsu dachi and punch both fists to the sides. Left fist towards West and right fist towards East.
  32. Shift left foot forward into right Nekoashi dachi and perform morote yoko uke.
  33. Shift right foot forward into left Nekoashi dachi and perform upper kosa uke.
  34. Perform a right harai uke leaving left hand in place.
  35. Perform a left harai uke and place right fist at left elbow.
  36. Perform a right ura uchi and place left fist under right elbow, palm facing downwards.
  37. Turn left 270 degrees into right Nekoashi dachi and execute a left yoko-uke. Face East.
  38. Right foot step forward into right moto-dachi and execute a right chudan zuki.
  39. Right foot step backward, turn right 180, into left Nekoashi dachi and execute a right yoko-uke. Face West.
  40. Left foot step forward into left moto-dachi and perform a left chudan zuki.
  41. Left leg steps South into shiko dachi and execute a left gedan barai.
  42. Right leg steps South to form shiko dachi and execute a right yoko uchi.
  43. Left leg steps south to form shiko dachi and execute a left yoko uchi.
  44. Right leg steps South to form shiko dachi and execute a right yoko uchi.
  45. Shift left foot west and slide right foot towards west to form soto hachi dachi and simultaneously punch both fists westwards. The left arm should be parallel to the floor and right arm in front of the body.
  46. Shift right foot east and slide left foot towards east to form soto hachi dachi and simultaneously punch both fists eastwards. The right arm should be parallel to the floor and left arm in front of the body.
  47. Nao-tte. Pull left leg back into heisoku dachi and grasp right fist with left open hand.
