Steps

  1. Kama-tte (Face North). Move right leg towards left leg and stand in musubi dachi. Simultaneously bring both fists towards chest and change into open hands with left hand in front of the right hand. Rotate both hands inwards and end up with finger tips pointing downwards.
  2. Move left leg Westwards into left zenkutsu dachi, pulling both hands back to the respective hips. Turn briskly into shikodachi, keeping the feet where they are. Double punch, first right hand, then left hand.
  3. Step forward briskly into left zenkutsu dachi, punching jodan gyaku zuki with the right hand, as the left hand deflects a punch over your right shoulder. Finish the deflection so that the palm is pointing towards the sky, directly above your shoulder.
  4. Pull back right fist to chamber and perform a left age uke.
  5. Right leg step forward into right zenkutsu dachi. Simultaneously, push both open hands out as a double thrust, right fingers pointing skywards while left fingers pointing 45 degrees from the vertical axis. Position of the right hand (jodan) is above that of the left hand (chudan).
  6. Shift by rotating left into left kokutso dachi (back stance), still facing towards North , with the feet in line with the north south axis. Right hand perform gedan shuto uchi and left open hand placed at the solar plexis.
  7. Pull back the left leg, and turn towards southeast into right nekoashi dachi, and perform left shuto uke.
  8. Right leg step southeast into left nekoashi dachi and perform a right shuto uke.
  9. Right leg step forward and slide left leg forward to form right moto dachi and execute a double open hand thrust, right fingers pointing skywards while left fingers pointing 45 degrees from the vertical axis. Position of the right hand (jodan) is above that of the left hand (chudan).
  10. Turn 90 degrees to the right to face southwest and shift right leg into a left nekoashi dachi and execute a right shuto uke.
  11. Left leg step southwest into right nekoashi dachi and perform a left shuto uke.
  12. Left leg step forward and slide right leg forward to form left moto dachi and execute a double open hand thrust, left fingers pointing skywards while right fingers pointing 45 degrees from the vertical axis. Position of the left hand (jodan) is above that of the right hand (chudan).
  13. Shift left leg southwards to form left moto dachi, punching chudan gyaku zuki with the right hand.
  14. Kick chudan mae geri with the right leg.
  15. Landing in right moto dachi. Punch chudan gyaku zuki with the left hand.
  16. Kick chudan mae geri with the left leg.
  17. Land in left moto dachi, punch chudan gyaku zuki with the right hand.
  18. Step the right foot forward into left nekoashi dachi, and execute a morote yoko uke.
  19. Slide the right foot forward followed by left foot into left nekoashi dachi, performing a morote ura uchi. Kiai.
  20. Shift left foot northwest into right nekoashi dachi and perform a left yoko uke with right fist at left elbow.
  21. Shift right foot northwest into left nekoashi dachi and perform a right yoko uke with left fist at right elbow.
  22. Shift right foot northeast into left nekoashi dachi and perform a right yoko uke with left fist at right elbow.
  23. Shift left foot northeast into right nekoashi dachi and perform a left yoko uke with right fist at left elbow.
  24. Turn towards the north by shifting left foot into right nekashi dachi and perform a left shuto uke and chamber right fist.
  25. Stand on the left leg alone (crane stance) and right fist executing a jodan yoko uchi and strike the left palm.
  26. Right foot step forward into right short zenkutsu dachi and execute a right gedan barai.
  27. Execute a left chudan gyaku zuki.
  28. Nao-tte. left leg step back and shift right leg to the left to form musubi dachi. Simultaneously bring both fists towards chest and change into open hands with left hand in front of the right hand. Rotate both hands inwards and end up with finger tips pointing downwards.
