Steps

  1. Kama-tte (Face North). Move right leg towards left leg and stand in musubi dachi. Simultaneously bring both fists towards chest and change into open hands with left hand in front of the right hand. Rotate both hands inwards and end up with both finger tips pointing downwards. Move both legs outwards into heiko dachi and both open hands change into fist and move them to the sides with palms facing inwards.
  2. Step towards NorthEast and stand up in musubi dachi with body facing West. Look North. Right fist at right side, palm facing upwards. Left open hand's palm in contact with right knuckles, finger tips pointing North. Move both hands to the left, rotating them and maintaining contact at all times. At the end of the movement, the left hand finger tips point upwards, while the palm of the right fist point downwards. Right elbow parallel to the body.
  3. Right leg steps Northwards to form shiko dachi stance. Perform a left open hand circular block, upwards, right and end in the middle of the body with left finger tip pointing upwards. Simultaneously execute a right ura uchi.
  4. Step towards NorthWest and stand up in musubi dachi with body facing East. Look North. Left fist at left side, palm facing upwards. Right open hand's palm in contact with left knuckles, finger tips pointing North. Move both hands to the right, rotating them and maintaining contact at all times. At the end of the movement, the right hand finger tips point upwards, while the palm of the left fist point downwards. left elbow parallel to the body.
  5. left leg steps Northwards to form shiko dachi stance. Perform a right open hand circular block, upwards, left and end in the middle of the body with right finger tip pointing upwards. Simultaneously execute a left ura uchi.
  6. Step towards NorthEast and stand up in musubi dachi with body facing West. Look North. Right fist at right side, palm facing upwards. Left open hand's palm in contact with right knuckles, finger tips pointing North. Move both hands to the left, rotating them and maintaining contact at all times. At the end of the movement, the left hand finger tips point upwards, while the palm of the right fist point downwards. Right elbow parallel to the body.
  7. Right leg steps Northwards to form shiko dachi stance. Perform a left open hand circular block, upwards, right and end in the middle of the body with left finger tip pointing upwards. Simultaneously execute a right ura uchi.
  8. Left leg steps West and kick Northwards with right leg. Simultaneously left hand execute upper left ura uke and right hand execute lower right ura uke. Both hand's finger tips point North.
  9. Right leg lands East and kick Northwards with left leg. Simultaneously right hand execute upper right ura uke and left hand execute lower left ura uke. Both hand's finger tips point North.
  10. Left leg lands south to form right zenkutsu dachi. Both hand catch and pull back to the sides to form fists with palm side facing downwards. Perform two hand punch with both fist side by side.
  11. Bend body downwards and execute a lower right kentsui against left open palm.
  12. Turn anti clockwise towards the south and pull right leg into the left forward Sanchin dachi. Simultaneously execute left kake te.
  13. Left leg step south to form left zenkutsu dachi. Both hand catch and pull back to the sides to form fists with palm side facing downwards. Perform two hand punches with both fist side by side.
  14. Bend body downwards and execute a lower left kentsui against right open palm.
  15. Turn body clockwise and lift up right knee. Right leg steps North and end in right moto dachi and simultaneously execute a right uchi-otoshi.
  16. Right hand catch and pull back and simultaneously execute a lower left hook punch.
  17. Turn body anticlockwise and lift up left knee. Left leg steps south and end in left moto dachi and simultaneously execute a left uchi-otoshi.
  18. Left hand catch and pull back and simultaneously execute a lower right hook punch.
  19. Right leg step forwards and execute a right kake te with left fist at the side.
  20. Punch with left fist.
  21. Left leg steps forwards and at the same time body turn Northwards to form left Nekoashi dachi and execute shotei.
  22. Nao-tte. Pull back right foot to form musubi dachi. Simultaneously bring both hands towards chest and rotate both hands inwards and end up with both finger tips pointing downwards. Right leg move right to form Hachiji dachi and stand in Nao-tte position.
