Steps
- Kama-tte (Face North).
Move right leg towards left leg and stand in
musubi dachi. Simultaneously bring both fists towards chest and change into
open hands with left hand in front of the right hand. Rotate both hands
inwards and end up with both finger tips pointing downwards.
Move both legs outwards into heiko dachi and both open hands change
into fist and move them to the sides with palms facing inwards.
- Move Right leg back into left sanchin dachi and execute a left kuri uke.
- Pull back left fist and execute a right punch.
- Right leg step forward into right sanchin dachi and execute a right kuri uke.
- Pull back right fist and execute a left punch.
- Left foot step forward into left sanchin dachi and execute a left kuri uke.
- Pull back left fist and execute a right punch.
- Execute a left punch followed by a right punch.
- Execute a right mae geri.
- Land right foot into left sanchin dachi and execute a left kuri uke. Face West.
- Right leg step forward into right zenkutsu dachi and execute a right elbow strike. Left fist chamber at the side.
- Execute a left punch followed by a right punch.
- Turn 180 degrees back to face East and execute a left kuri uke.
- Pull back left fist and execute a right punch.
- Right leg step forward into right sanchin dachi and execute a right kuri uke.
- Pull back right fist and execute a left punch.
- Left foot step forward into left sanchin dachi and execute a left kuri uke.
- Pull back left fist and execute a right punch.
- Execute a left punch followed by a right punch.
- Execute a right mae geri.
- Land right leg South to form a right kokutsu dachi and execute a left gedan barai and move right fist to ear level.
- Right leg step forward into right zenkutsu dachi and execute a double fist hammer strike to the opponent's lower body. Both palms face skywards.
- Turn 180 degrees back to face south and shift left leg back into right nekoashi dachi and simultaneously execute a left kuri uke.
- Pull back left fist and execute a right punch.
- Step up into left moto dachi (left heel slightly lifted above ground level) and execute a morote open hand jodan wa uke.
- Left leg step forward into left zenkutsu dachi and strike both fist inwards, palm facing each other.
- Turn 180 degrees back and shift right leg back into left nekoashi dachi. Right hand execute a crane head block and press down left open hand simultaneously. Finger tip pointing upwards.
- Right leg step back into right nekoashi dachi. Left hand execute a crane head block and press down right open hand simultaneously. Finger tip pointing upwards.
- Nao-tte. Right foot step forward into musubi dachi. Simultaneously bring both
hands towards chest and rotate both hands inwards and end up with both finger tips
pointing downwards. Right leg move right to form Hachiji dachi and stand in Nao-tte
position.
