SHINSEI

Steps

  1. Kama-tte (Face North). Move right leg towards left leg and stand in musubi dachi. Simultaneously bring both fists towards chest and change into open hands with left hand in front of the right hand. Rotate both hands inwards and end up with finger tips pointing downwards. Then Move both legs outwards into heiko dachi and both open hands change into fist and move them to the sides with palms facing inwards.
  2. Turn left and move right leg into left sanchin dachi and execute a left age uke. Face West.
  3. Right leg step forward into right moto dachi and execute a right punch. Face West
  4. Right leg steps back to form shiko dachi, body facing North. Perform a left gedan barai.
  5. Left leg steps East into right sanchin dachi and perform a right ake uke.
  6. Left leg steps forward into moto dachi and execute a left hand punch.
  7. Shift left leg back to form shiko dachi, body facing North. Perform a right gedan barai.
  8. Left leg steps North into left sanchin dachi and execute a left kake te.
  9. Right leg front kick.
  10. Right leg land forward in shiko dachi. Left open hand move from top to centre of body, fingers facing sky and right fist execute an upper cut.
  11. Right fist executes a ura uchi and followed by a right gedan barai.
  12. Pull back right fist and left fist punch North in front of the body.
  13. Right foot steps back to form a left sanchin dachi facing South and perform a left ura uke.
  14. Right foot steps forward to form a right sanchin dachi and execute a right kake te.
  15. Left leg front kick.
  16. Left leg land forward in shiko dachi. Right open hand move from top to centre of body, fingers facing sky and left fist execute an upper cut.
  17. Left fist executes a ura uchi and followed by a left gedan barai.
  18. Pull back left fist and right fist punch South in front of the body.
  19. Turn back to face north and pull back right leg to form left Nekoashi dachi and perform a right open hand yoko uke.
  20. Right leg steps back and into right nekoashi dachi and execute a shotei.
  21. Nao-tte. Pull back left foot to form musubi dachi. Simultaneously bring both fists towards chest and change into open hands with left hand in front of the right hand. Rotate both hands inwards and end up with finger tips pointing downwards. Shift right leg right to Nao-tte position.
