:: The founding ::

Established in late 2003, IneTwErKz sets out to provide IT related services to the average home user. Before its establishment, it all started out as a hobby and freelance job by Mr. Jacob Ng. But today, the business has already progressed and expanded to what consists of 4 technicians and backed by several PC import/export distributors. And within only a few months of establishment, it has already received numerous calls and accolades from people that comes from all walks of life. 

 

:: The Mission Behind ::

During his job as a PC technician, Jacob himself discovered that many "so-called" PC servicing companies or technicians are actually earning much more than they should. In many cases, they actually older parts when what is needed without the customers'.

Therefore, such undesirable practice is deemed despicable and thus sees the need to step out and to provide AFFORDABLE yet of QUALITY products to the average home user and not by rubbing salt when people need help at the critical moment. Therefore, we don't actually provide services such as networking or so on for the corporate sector. Our main objective now is to assist home users giving them excellent services. We want all our customers to treat us not as someone who would just service their PCs, charge them, and leave; but we want to make friends with them, to understand their needs and concerns and so forth.

 

:: The Years Ahead ::

Although we only provide basic services for now, but that doesn't means that we will be stuck here forever. We are looking into getting a office space and then get on to a shop, a company and so on; thereby expanding our services. We thank you, our customer, for all the support that has been given. Our heartfelt gratitude.
