| The
following terms and conditions are applicable to Members seeking
job candidates or locating job opportunities via
urfirstjob.com. |

Fees (Applicable to Corporate Member Only) |
Subscription
for job posting or resume search shall be confirmed in writing
via the Subscription form. The member shall not allow any person
other than the authorised person(s) named in the application form
to use the Service.
Job postings and resume search services are provided on 14 days
credit term. |
| Member's
Obligations |
|
The
Member shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of all information
retrieved, stored and transmitted through the Service by him
and the maintenance of confidentiality of the Member's password,
user ID and all activities and transmission performed by the
Member through his user ID.
The Member undertakes not to use urfirstjob.com for any fraudulent,
illegal, harassing or offensive activities which are likely
to offend or criticize any employer, employee, group or portion
of society, or post any content where such posting constitutes
the infringement or violation of any right of any third party.
urfirstjob.com does not review or confirm the accuracy of any
Content or postings on Site, but reserves the right to review
and reject any information it believes to be contrary to the
Terms of Service.

Termination / Suspension of Service |
|
urfirstjob.com
may terminate this Agreement and remove/suspend the Member's
posting with immediate effect if in its opinion, the Member
has breached any of the warranties set out in the terms or conditions
of this Agreement and if it is not in the public interest to
continue providing the Services to the Member for any reason;
urfirstjob.com may suspend the provision of the Services to
the Member pending the investigation of any complaints received
in relation to the Services.

Disclaimer |
|
Whilst
every care is taken in the provision of the Service, urfirstjob.com
shall not be liable for any loss of information howsoever caused
whether as a result of any interruption, suspension, or termination
of the Service or otherwise, or for the contents, accuracy or
quality of information available, received or transmitted through
the Service.

Confidentiality |
|
urfirstjob.com
shall maintain the confidentiality of information submitted
by individuals seeking employment and employers and recruiters
seeking job candidates, as described in urfirstjob.com's Privacy
Policy.

| .Modification
to Service |
|
urfirstjob.com
reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with
or without notice to the Member. Save for paid service, a pro-rated
refund shall be effected for the remaining unused period. urfirstjob.com
shall not be liable to the Member or any third party should
it exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service.

|
Assignment |
|
The
rights and obligations under this Agreement shall not be capable
of assignment by the Member without the prior written consent
in writing of urfirstjob.com.

| Governing
Law and Jurisdiction |
| The
above terms and conditions is governed by the laws of the Republic
of Singapore .
|
