How does Rent-A-Toy work?
Toys & games are available for rental for a week , a month or even longer according to your requirements.

Membership Requirements
Membership is free. When you rent from us for the first time, we will need you to fill in a form with your particulars. You will also receive newsletters on specials and new releases.

Delivery
Free delivery and collection within mainland Singapore for rentals of S$30 or more. For rentals below $30, a flat fee of S$6 applies for delivery and collection.

All orders are processed within the next working day and the orders will be delivered on Wednesdays between 9am to 5pm or Saturdays between 9am to 2 pm.

Same day express delivery is available for S$6.

Payment
We currently accept the following forms of payment:
1. Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)
2. Internet Bank Transfer (POSB Savings 549-50452-3)
3. ATM Transfer (POSB Savings 549-50452-3)
4. Cash Cheque
Rental charges must be paid prior to the commencement of the rental period.

Rental Extension
A few of days before your rental period ends, we will give you a call as a gentle reminder. If you want to keep the toys longer, just let us know. You will always have the first priority when it comes to rental extension.

Cleaning of Toys
All our toys are specially cleaned with a 100% bio-degradable and safe cleaner followed by steam sterilization. It is, however, still the responsibility of the hirer to return the toys to us in their original clean condition.

Toys for Parties
We do cater toys for parties. We will advise you accordingly on what is most suitable for your child and their guests.
