While the speaker is announcing the competing teams, press Up, Down, Left, Right, Long Pass. And you're playing a two-player game then both players must enter this code.
< F.C Sega Team >
At the team select screen, Choose Spain and press START, choose England and press START, choose Germany and press START, then choose Argentina and press START. The team F.C. Sega will appear and can now be selected.

At the team select screen, press START, go to Yugoslavia and press START twice. Go to U.S.A. and press START twice. Go to Korea and press START twice. Go to Italy and press START twice. Finally on the top left of the screen you'll see the Yuki Chan Team.
