This office is currently managed by General Manager S.I. Jeong. He will be what we call around here as the Boss, the Man In Charge, the Big Guy, the Signature on our pay cheques etc.
His scope of business is basically everything we do but he specializes in the supply of Agricultural Chemicals.
If you want to talk to someone in this field, this is the person to speak to.
After him comes the guy who receives every complain, runs after us when sales are low, provides staff welfare and mister second in command, Manager S.C. Koo.
His main business is yarn, textiles and their related products. For an accurate offer of cloth and such, or if you are looking for Nylon or Polyester Tire Cords, please send him a message.
Next on our list would be Manager Y.H. Chung, the youngest (but unfortunately already married) Korean in the Singapore Office.
He deals mainly with projects and general trade, meaning if you want to buy a golf course, install an elevator in your house or even set up a factory to manufacture ice cream, he is your man.
Now, Ms Irene Tan, who has been with the company for sixteen years already, is the administrator, the chief clerk and the personal assistant to our General Manager. But most importantly, she's the one who dishes out the cheques on pay day.
So if you have a good source of supplying office necessities, or if you're the owner of a fantastic Korean restaurant that we've never visited, you may want to send her a brief introduction.
If you are familiar with our office, you will know that one of our biggest and main business here is textiles. And because of that, we have two lovely ladies who take care of this business. One of them is Ms Maureen Tan.
The items they're dealing with are Nylon and Polyester Woven Fabric, mainly used for outerwear, linings and bag luggages. They are also into Taffeta, Ribstop, Taslan, Oxford and High Density Fabric for Down Jackets. You can also send them a note if your're looking for Gaberdines for Pants/Uniform, Polyester and Cotton Satin for Curtains.
The other lovely lady I was refering to would be Ms Jennifer Lim. She shares the load of the textile industry with Maureen and she's very much in touch with PVC Tarpauline, Canvas for Awnings and Canopies, Plain Weavings in Solid or Print, and Jacquard Weaving in Solid or Print. You should really get in touch with her if you're in this field.
They are also handling Polyester Anti-Static Fabrics for making Cleanroom Garments, and Woven and Knitted Fabric. These are marketed under the brand name of Konysel. Also on the list are PVC Flexible Sheet Microprism Retro-Reflective Film for Sports Wear and Advertising, marketed under the brand name Konystar. Lastly, there is PP Denim (Light Weight Denim), for Jeans, under the brand name Komelon.
And then there is me. My name is Joseph Tan and my scope of business in this office is mainly general trading, although I do more Plastic than anything else.
You may want to talk to me if you're thinking of buying or selling Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polybuthylene Terephthalate, Polyester Terephthalate, Polyester Elastomer... you know what I mean.
I'm also looking into opening new markets for Video Tapes, Video Pancakes, Fiberglass Cloth, Aluminium Composite Panels, Copper Clad Laminates and Dry Film Photo Resist.
Any interested parties, please contact me.
