General usage with nice design I prefer Samsung handphones because theyr'e simple enough for general use! Although the A200 doesn't have the supported function to download ringtones, I find that this is not a serious problem! I find that too many people waste their time finding their so-called personalized ringertone! (Sorry if I sound rude.) But do remember, your so-called personalized ringtone may also be someone's, too, because there are more and more people using handphones, especially the same models!

Great to use, nice design but lack of features This phone has a really lovely design, and is sleek, light and slim. With a dual LCD display and a blue LCD display on the top flip, it makes this little fella more attractive. The functions available are considered average compared to Nokia handphones. However, the best feature in the phone is the "Organizer". In it there's a "Scheduler" meant to suit people who wish to keep track of appointments, dates and time. It also includes an alarm function to alert you of your designated time. There's a "To-Do list" that makes this phone ab even more handy tool. The poor thing about Samsung handphones is that you cannot download logos, not to mention that ringtones are hard to find. However, you may choose to compose your own melody with its composer. Lastly, reading SMS messages is a chore especially when you cannot read picture messages and some messages are designed to suit Nokia phones. Plus the three-line message display makes reading messages even more unpleasant.

Compare the A300 with A200, guys! (guys=man) Well, if you liked the Blue-i look on the A200, you'll love the A300! By pressing the menu button on A300, you'll be totally amazed by the OS for the small but almighty A300! Though crippled by no games, hey, how often do you play those games in your cellphone? To kill your time, browse through your phonebook and see whether you need to update your current contacts! More practical, isn't it? The A300 looks so much more macho, and it'll make the A200 blush if put both together! But couples, follow me, get yourself an A300 and A200 for your gal! Just like me! Then you'll be the Millennium Blue-i couple!

Samsung A200 cannot make it! Bought the phone new. By the third day, the phone starting giving problems. I got so fed up I gave the phone away, bought a Siemens SL45, and it's a damn good phone, man!

A200 is "in", stylish and light This looks "in" and stylish. I've bought the champagne gold color (white is out of stock at all StarHub outlets). Very light, small and has many attractive functions. I like the 11 games and attractive LCD display. I compared this with the Siemens S35i. The A200 has no IRDA capability; lack of ringtones on the Internet and lack of auto-off feature. It's a bit pricey. However, the LCD feature stands out among the rest of the handphones. I searched for ringtones on the Internet today and was unable to find anything for composing (i.e. maybe A200 is still new). However, this phoen is definitely great for non-IRDA users and those who don't fancy ringtones.

Stupid features Samsung always never changes its faults from previous models. This phone still does not vibrate when there is an incoming SMS. Then to change from Silent to Ringing mode, it cannot be done quietly. The ringing will be heard during the selection. Predictive text input is also very stupid. Should have Nokia 8250 features + Samsung A200 looks. This will then be a perfect phone.

Really bad cellphone because there are a lot of problems! Its ringtones are hard to find! I have been surfing the Net for a few days but still can't find the ringtones for Samsung SGH-A200! It's too sensitive! It's so easy to get internal or external problems! Before you buy the phone, you have to think if you have the money to recover the phone! It's a waste money to change any bugs because the bugs in this phones are too extensive! This phone is too easy to have physical damage and the bugs are too extensive so it's not worth buying! I say so because I bought this phone and discovered it only has a beautiful skin. Besides this, the phone is nothing! I think too many mobiles are better than this one! It's cost me a lot of money to buy and given me a lot of trouble! I bought this phone a month ago but I have been using it for only six days because the rest of the month the phone was in the repair factory! I've been regretting buying this cellphone and Ii strongly do not recommend that people get it! The phone has too many problems!

Ranked #1 in Samsung handphones This is the best phone I've used so far. It's user friendly and the reception is crystal clear. Apart from that, the external LCD is very useful to me. This phone doesn't have an IR but it's definitely good enough for me as I'm using WAP instead of a PDA. I owned a Nokia 8850 and Nokia 6310 but it doesn't seem impressive to me at all compared to the Samsung SGH-A200. I used to support Nokia until recently when Nokia products didn't become that impressive anymore in functions, outlook and everything else. It just isn't worth that kind of money to get Nokia products. What's worst, Nokia products always hang. I would strongly recommend the SGH-A200. I'll give 9 stars out of 10. Try it yourself and you'll know how good it is.

A poor reception phone Got this new Samsung phone a week ago. Changed it once due to poor call quality. The new set also gave me problems. Sometimes I could hear only part of what people were saying. Wanted to change at M1, but no stock. Reception was also very poor. Nothing to do with the network. Nokia had at least a signal of three bars, while the Samsung phone had no reception. Really regretted getting the SGH-A200.

A very good phone small and the right size. Has 11 games, and an LCD on the outside. Can identify the caller without flipping open the phone. A WAP-abled phone but cannot input or receive Chinese SMS. Price is also a bit expensive.
